1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the cv999 platform, operated at cv999.life. Access to and use of the platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. They apply to all registered users, guest browsers, and any person who interacts with the platform in any capacity.

These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and cv999. If you are registering on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms — though note that cv999 only permits individual, personal accounts and shared account usage is strictly prohibited.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on cv999, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cv999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual users under applicable local law.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a cv999 employee or associated partner business.
• You must not have a previous cv999 account that was closed, suspended, or terminated by cv999 for violation of these Terms.
• You must be registering and playing solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player may hold only one active account on cv999. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If duplicate accounts are detected, cv999 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, merge balances, and forfeit any bonus funds present in duplicate accounts.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering your cv999 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number or email address associated with your payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. cv999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have shared your login details, used an insecure device, or failed to log out from a shared device.

3.3 KYC Verification

Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits

cv999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment is made from an account, wallet, or card not registered to you personally — are not accepted and will be returned.

Accepted deposit methods on cv999 include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount varies by method and is displayed at the time of transaction. cv999 charges no fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.

Deposits are typically credited to your cv999 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation from the provider. In cases of delay, contact cv999 support with your transaction reference number for investigation. Deposits credited in error may be reversed at cv999's discretion.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from cv999 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless a specific exception has been approved by the cv999 compliance team. This same-method policy exists to prevent fraud and protect the integrity of your funds.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times on cv999 are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash — typically 3 to 7 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay — typically 2 to 5 minutes; IBFT bank transfer — 15 to 45 minutes during banking hours; Visa/Mastercard — 1 to 3 business days. 5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

6 Bonuses and Promotions

By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion on cv999, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on cv999 carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 6.2 Bonus Abuse

cv999 maintains the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings in cases where bonus abuse is detected. 6.3 Expiry

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on cv999 — including Teen Patti, Baccarat, Aviator, Jackpot Slots, and all other titles — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of a game before playing. Disputes arising from misunderstanding of game rules will be resolved by reference to the official game documentation.

7.1 RNG and Live Game Integrity

Games using a Random Number Generator (RNG) on cv999 employ certified RNG technology with independently audited return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment in professionally monitored studios — outcomes are not influenced by algorithms after cards are dealt. cv999 does not modify game outcomes based on player history, account balance, or any other individual account variable.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game freeze, or disconnection during an active game round, the round may be declared void and the stake returned to your cv999 balance. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on cv999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potentially legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account credentials
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform function
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in live games
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Attempting to reverse or charge back legitimate transactions via your bank or payment provider
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geo-restrictions
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening cv999 staff or other players through any communication channel

9 Account Suspension and Closure

cv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons among others: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe; regulatory or compliance requirements; or at the player's own request.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure — including deposited real-money funds — may be held pending investigation for a period of up to 180 days. If the investigation confirms a breach, cv999 may forfeit the balance in part or in full. If no breach is confirmed, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players wishing to close their own cv999 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat. Any pending bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method.

10 Responsible Gaming

cv999 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming behaviour. These tools are available to all registered players from the account settings area and include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits and reminders; temporary cooling-off periods; and full self-exclusion.

Any remaining balance at the time of self-exclusion will be processed for return to your payment method.

11 Privacy and Data

cv999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the overall Agreement. By registering on cv999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cv999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or operational necessity. All data is stored with appropriate security measures including encryption of sensitive fields.

12 Limitation of Liability

cv999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous service, cv999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or data loss. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cv999's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you and currently held in your cv999 account at the time the claim arises. cv999 will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

cv999 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including internet outages, government action, or third-party payment provider failures), or from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

13 Amendments to These Terms

cv999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where a change is material — particularly where it affects player funds, withdrawal conditions, or game fairness policies — cv999 will also notify registered players via their registered email address or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the cv999 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to process a withdrawal of your remaining balance.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the cv999 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. For Pakistani players, cv999 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and adheres to anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards as required by that licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and cv999, the first step is to contact the cv999 support team with full details of your complaint. cv999 commits to investigating all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, escalation channels are described in the response to your initial complaint.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, players agree to exhaust cv999's internal dispute resolution process in good faith. Legal proceedings initiated without first attempting internal resolution may be stayed pending completion of that process.
